The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 296 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

A boy aged about one and half years was admitted but died during course of treatment. The informant is the doctor and he alleged that the petitioner has threatened him.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kitwali P.S. Case no. 296 of 2013.
