JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the Circle Officer, Khutauna, Madhubani to proceed in Encroachment case no. 14 of 2020-21 and conclude the same according to law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent- State has referred to the supplementary counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.14784 of 2022(3) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 affidavit filed in the present case, more particularly paragraph no. 12 thereof to submit that the encroachment in question has been removed by the Circle Officer, Khutauna, District-Madhubani in presence of the Officials and villagers on 18.05.2023, after taking recourse to the due process of law and initiating Encroachment case no. 14 of 2020-21. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Khutauna, District-Madhubani for redressal of the same. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
