The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Adamapur) P.S. Case No. 953 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended along with two other accused persons. It is stated that one Pulsar motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no arms and ammunitions was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9075 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adamapur) P.S. Case No. 953 of 2014.
