JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-07-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. Although, no counter affidavit has been filed but learned SC-14, on instruction, states that the case of the petitioner shall now be placed before the Advisory Committee(Salahkar Samiti) for consideration in accordance with law. Under the government resolution, the matter has to be placed before and considered by the Advisory Committee (Salahkar Samit). Diverse submissions on merit have been made by the petitioner. The respondents have, however, disputed some of the contentions.

This Court do not propose to go into those submissions/counter submissions as the case of the petitioner is yet to be considered by the appropriate Committee/Body. The writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent to place the case of the petitioner before the Advisory Committee (Salahkar Samiti) for consideration of his claim for grant of J.P.
