ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2016 Learned Counsel for the Petitioner produces a Bank draft bearing No,670284 of Rs.5 lacs in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 as full and final settlement of the dispute, which has been received by the Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 Ms, Archna Sinha, A.O.R. No.00084, who signs in the margin of the order sheet in token of receipt of the same.

In view of such, in their interest further proceedings of Complaint case No.1119 of 2013 pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya is hereby set aside. The Petitioner and the Opposite Party No.2 are directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40729 of 2014 dt.30-03-2016 2/2 to appear before the concerned Family Court within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order and file an application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act in view of the settlement, upon which the Family Court shall pass orders expeditiously.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
