JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be main assailant and the post mortem report corroborates the allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 118 of 2014/244 of 2014(S.J.) arising out of Dumariya P.S. Case No. 18 of 2013 pending in the court of Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gaya stands rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4489 of 2015 (3) dt.23-04-2015 However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
