The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made in the FIR against the petitioner that he assaulted with farsa on the head of the informant causing grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
