2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(3), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 125, 351(2)(3), 352 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and he is a young boy aged about 18 years and the informant alleges that on 15.04.2025 at 05:00 p.m. he was returning home when he was intercepted by four named accused persons including the petitioner along with 5-7 unknown accused and the informant was asked to hand over all articles. On protest, Sanjivan started strangulating him by a towel and Ravi assaulted by farsa
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59195 of 2025(3) dt.08-10-2025 2/3 causing injury on head and also took his chain while Sanjivan snatched Rs.10,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It does not appear probable that petitioner would have intercepted the informant with an intention to loot when informant was known to the petitioner. It is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to passage, an altercation had taken place in which both sides assaulted each other. It is next submitted that petitioner is son of Sanjivan Paswan who is also an accused in the instant case and it does not appear probable that father and son together would have indulged in the occurrence of loot, as alleged in the FIR. It is further submitted that even injuries suffered by the injured are simple in nature. It is next submitted that petitioner is a young boy aged about 18 years and in the event if he is sent to custody in the nature of allegation as alleged his entire career would be jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact with the hardened criminals.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

No.59195 of 2025(3) dt.08-10-2025 3/3 counsel for the petitioner, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Chitragupta Nagar P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.
