ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 29.5.2014, by which the 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Buxar has refused to declare the Petitioner as juvenile in Sessions Trial No.55 of 2013 arising out of Dumraon P.S. case No.268 of 2012. Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference.

The application stands rejected.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination
