The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under 420, 467, 468, 469 and 470 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of committing illegal work by creating forged documents in his Computer Printing Press and on being searched the said Printing Press, 8 mobiles, 17 Voter I-cards, 2 Driving Licences, 180 passport size photographs, 4 seals, 4 SIMS of Airtel company, 6 SIM of Idea company, 1 SIM of Aircel company, one Mark sheet of Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board and one Laptop of Sony company were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44368 of 2016 (2) dt.18-10-2016 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2016. The charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused due to mistake of fact. No document is said to have been recovered from the printing press of the petitioner. The petitioner runs a photo copy shop. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of six months in custody i.e. from 02.07.2016. On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody i.e. from 02.07.2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection Dumraon P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016. (Sudhir Singh, J.) Amit/- U T
