The petitioner seeks bail in Kargahar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 341, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that thrust of accusation is against Deepak Kumar. This petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because she is mother of co-accused Deepak Kumar. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 02.09.2021.
