Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 519 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 328, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the marriage of Soni Khatoon (deceased) was solemnized with the son of the petitioner. As per allegation, the accused persons demanded Rs. 1,00,000/- cash as dowry. On 05.12.2019, the informant came to know that her

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. The son of the petitioner had also committed suicide. The husband of the petitioner is still in custody. He has also submitted that the informant filed a petition before the investigating authority, stating therein that she did not want to proceed with the case, as the husband of the deceased is no more.
It is an admitted fact that after death of daughter-inlaw of the petitioner, her son also committed suicide and the husband of the petitioner is incarcerating in jail. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 519 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove,
