29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19823 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, and the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
