2. The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016 in connection with S. T. No. 174 of 2017 arising out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on suspicion and there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The deceased was a veteran criminal with several cases.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
