11-09-2018 Heard Sri Davendra Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mukeshwar Dayal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Kharik P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 420, 409 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

The anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today
