JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 24-04-2015 All these applications arise out of Madanpur P. S. Case No. 133 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 337, 353, 427, 504/124(A) of IPC and 17 of C.L. A. Act, as such, they have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The accused-petitioners seek bail in the aforesaid case. Considering the fact that the petitioners are not named in the first information report and they have been implicated in this case on the basis of same material and in similar facts and circumstances, co-accused Binod Rikyasan and Lal Babu Paswan have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 8428 of 2015, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad/court concerned in Madanpur P. S. Case No. 133 of 2014 with following conditions:-

1. The petitioners will not indulge themselves in similar or any other offence.

2. One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioners.

3. The petitioners will be well represented in the Court on each and every date and in case of absence for two consecutive dates or in case of violation of terms of bail, their bail bonds would be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
