JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47, 54, 57 and 63 of the Excise Act. Taking note of the fact that in huge quantity of country made Indian liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua stands rejected. However, the concerned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
