The petitioners are appending their arrest in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and defalcation of huge amount of public money as alleged in the F.I.R. and also

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39215 of 2014 (4) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 material which has surfaced in the case diary, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M., Katihar.
