The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 227 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court mentioning that the injuries suffered by Baidyanath Yadav was grievous in nature but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the fresh ground that both the parties have compromised the case. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55192 of 2022(3) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 below and make a prayer for regular bail. If he surrenders within four weeks from today, his regular bail petition shall be considered on the same day without being prejudiced by the order of this Court dated 10.12.2021passed in Cr. Misc No. 237 of 2021. The learned court below may take notice of the fact that the dispute between the parties have amicably been resolved.

With these observations, the criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
