During course of handing over four bottles of Premium Black Royal Stag each containing 750 ML, petitioner along with other co-accused were apprehended and for that, petitioner is under custody since 26.08.2016.

From para-3 of the petition, it appears that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Murari Kumar Singh @ Murari Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Sheohar in connection with Purnahiya PS Case No. 57/2016, G.R. No.457/2016.
