The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case no. 431 of 2016 registered under Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

1⁄2 Kg. ganja is said to have seized by the police from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. He has no concern with the seized articles. Moreover, the seized contraband is of small quantity. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 03.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38195 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case no. 431 of 2016.
