2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 443 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased has been killed due to non-fullfilment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is 75 years old father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner who is in custody since 08.06.2023 and has clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the age of the petitioner and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned Court below in connection with Dehri Town P.S. Case No. 443 of 2023 subject to condition that:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court through personally or through his lawyer.
