Since both the cases have arisen out of one occurrence, they are being disposed of by this common order.

The petitioners seek bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 599 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.6565 of 2015 (4) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 The driver of the Bolero Jeep bearing registration number BR-09M/8170 alleged that on the order of Sanjeev Jha the owner of the vehicle, he took the vehicle to Nishant Kumar, one of the petitioners and four other accused persons also boarded the vehicle. They took the vehicle to different places and thereafter pushed the driver from the vehicle and fled away with the vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Nishant Kumar is well acquainted with the informant and owner of the vehicle. The vehicle was not looted one rather the driver of the vehicle was dropped only because he had taken liquor. The vehicle was intercepted while parked by the side of the road. It has further been submitted that other accused persons have not been put on test identification parade. The petitioners are in jail for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
