1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D. P. Act.
3. The learned counsel for the parties jointly submits that the case was referred for mediation, but then, the mediation report is still awaiting. It is next submitted jointly by the parties that the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 have resolved their dispute amicably and are staying together.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2, Mr. Jai Shankar Pathak submits that he has instructions to make submission not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P. S. Case No.57 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
