Pursuant to order dated 07.10.2015, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 in which the stand is that 1st, 2nd and 3rd time bond promotions to the petitioner have been approved and authority has already calculated and fixed the annual salary increments and the same has been sent to the Treasury for payment.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.

The respondent no. 3 shall ensure that whatever benefits have been granted to the petitioner, the actual payment is also made to him within two weeks from the date of production of

It appears that all the benefits granted to the petitioner relating to his time bond promotions have not been communicated to the Accountant General, Bihar. If that be so, the authority concerned shall ensure that the same is communicated to the Accountant General, Bihar within one week from today. The Accountant General, Bihar shall thereafter ensure that necessary authorization is issued in favour of the petitioner within the next one week. The concerned Treasury Officer shall make payment in terms of the authority slip issued by the Accountant General, Bihar within one week from the date of production of the same before him.
