Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barun PS Case No. 136/2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is the owner of the tractor and petitioner no. 2 is the driver. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 50281 of 2018 vide order dated 25.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49593 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Barun PS Case No. 136/2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
