2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 513 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. For exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, by order dated 10.11.2023, the matter was refereed to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received and is kept in the petition as flag-'M' perusal of which shows that the parties have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56393 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 resolved their disputes amicably.

4. The compromise petition duly signed by both the parties and identified by their respective lawyers is also annexed with the report of the learned Mediator at flag 'M'.

4. The parties were directed to appear with the terms and conditions entered into between them before the Medication and Conciliation Centre.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 513 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
