The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged a case for killing of his father Sifatullah. During the course of investigation, name of Taufique Alam and the petitioner figured in the case. Taufique Alam has got enmity with the deceased. It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. On the basis of tower location of the mobile of the petitioner, the petitioner and Taufique Alam were arrested. Taufique Alam has already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 06.11.2014 passed in B.P. (K) No. 227 of 2014 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kishanganj and, on the same evidence, the petitioner is in jail since 10.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
