2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2016 in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 124 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47, 53(B), 53(C) of the Bihar Excise(Amendment) Act, 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of 18 litres of wine. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and recovery of 18 litres of wine, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
