The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Balrampur (Telta) P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 dated 17.02.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have given Dabiya blow on the head of the informant leading to grievous injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the narration made in the F.I.R itself, it appears that there is a dispute with respect to passage of land. On the same day of the lodging of the present F.I.R, the petitioner has also lodged Balrampur (Telta) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 against the informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40479 of 2017 (4) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 and her other family members.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2017. Regard being had to the fact that petitioner is neighbour of the informant and there exists a dispute over a passage of land, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIth, Katihar in connection with Balrampur (Telta) P.S.
