The petitioner seeks bail in Kateya P.S. Case No. 206/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that during patrolling duty police reached at Khudi Chhapar and found petitioner was sitting on motorcycle. The police demanded relevant papers of motorcycle but petitioner could not produce any paper. It is alleged that at the instance of petitioner police party raided the house of co-accused Salman Ali and arrested him. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that petitioner is student. The alleged motorcycle was lying in abandoned condition. Police has arrested this petitioner due to

Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Xvth, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P.S.
