This is an application for bail in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 56 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of huge quantity of country made liquor from the Bolero vehicle of the petitioner and he was arrested.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is a student and has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no concern with the seized articles and further he is in custody for three months.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34523 of 2017 (2) dt.28-07-2017 2/2 for bail stating that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered. Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge or after completion of period of six months in custody.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
