JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 The petitioner, a PDS dealer, prays for quashing order dated 127.12.2011, passed by SDM, Gaya (respondent no.3) cancelling his PDS licence which has also been affirmed in appeal on 1.7.2013.

The petitioner submits that he has also filed Revision(Supply) No.226 of 2013 on 22.8.2013 before the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya.

The writ petition is disposed of expecting that the Commissioner would dispose of the revision of the petitioner preferably within three months from the date of a copy of this order.
