In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 106 of 2015 arising from Chainpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

A complaint case was filed and later on it was converted as a Police case vide Chainpur Police Case No. 196 of 2014.

As per the first information report, marriage of the victim was solemnized with one Laxman Gond about six years earlier. As per the complaint, the accused persons were demanding

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20512 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 2/2 dowry and torturing the victim.

Allegation has been made that the victim was killed and her dead body was disposed of.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that the marriage of the victim was solemnized about six years earlier. Husband and father-in-law of the victim have not been made party whereas petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is cousin father- in- law and petitioner no. 3 is co-villager. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with S.Tr. No. 106 of 2015 arising from Chainpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2014.
