The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioner was searched by the police at Jogbani Railway Station and in that course, intoxicated drugs as also Corex syrup was recovered from her possession.

It is submitted that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Dipesh Yadav @ Dipesh Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 16-01-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55227 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50105 of 2016 (4) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jogbani P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 corresponding to Special Case No. 35 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria. (Arvind Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
