The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019, Special( Excise) Case no. 243 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 13 liters of illicit liquor from the grocery shop of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is languishing in custody since 01.06.2019 and is having a fair antecedent, except one case in which he is on bail.
