2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 347 of 2022 dated 15.12.2022 instituted under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, 9.75 liters of illegal foreign liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has no concern with the recovered liquor and the motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56866 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2023 2/2 from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-II, Begusarai in Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
