JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41075 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that inadvertently the father's name of this petitioner has been mentioned as "late Ganga Prasad Bhagat" in place of "late Ganga Prasad Gupta" and, accordinglythe same has been mentioned in the order dated 23.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41075 of 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail petition in course of the day.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the order dated 23.7.2018 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52710 of 2018(2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 Misc. no. 41075 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the father's name of this petitioner in the cause title of the bail petition be read as "Late Ganga Prasad Gupta" in place of "Late Ganga Prasad Bhagat".

The order dated 23.7.2018 is modified to that extent only.

In such circumstances, two week's further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender in the Court below in connection with Economic Offence Case no. 01 of 2015, pending in the court of SDJM, Patna and in that event the petitioner will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 23.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41075 of 2018. This Cr. Misc. petition is allowed.
