Taking into consideration that the petitioner pierced Hasua in the abdomen of deceased, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case no. 179/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 455/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected.
