It would appear from the statements of proposed prosecution witnesses that deceased was beaten by mob including the petitioners under misconception as a result of which deceased died. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamui/concerned court in Sikandra P.S. Case no. 145/2014.
