====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354, 354B, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners entered the house of the informant, dragged her and assaulted her and her parents with butt of pistol on account of which all three of them sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57031 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 parties are next door neighbours and due to petty dispute a simple occurrence of maar-peet took place. Injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the simple nature of injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nayagaon P. S. Case No. 13 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
