Petitioner no. 1 has already been arrested, therefore, his prayer for anticipatory bail has become infructuous. Looking at the nature of allegation as well as the fact that the other three petitioners are women and belonging to the weaker section, let petitioner nos. 2 to 4 above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa at Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38380 of 2014 (3) dt.13-03-2015 75 of 2014, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
