The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 324, and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of assault as against these petitioners and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that they have no connection whatsoever with the said
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39171 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 Sanoj Mukhiya, who was wanted in Case N o. 112 of 2013 and therefore, the allegations made against them are wholly fictitious and far fetched.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named , in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014 correspondent to G.R. No. 462 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. '
