Informant's motorcycle was stolen away by three motorcycle ridden criminals and on account thereof, first information report was registered against unknown. From the order impugned, it is apparent that three criminals were apprehended whose inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement led apprehension of petitioner as well as leading to recovery of the stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner.

However, apart from the fact that petitioner happens to be under custody since 26.12.2014. From Para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on
