Kanhaiya aged about 4 years, his sister Khushi Kumari along with other 4-5 kids were playing under a Banyan Tree. Two motorcycles being driven by different persons out of whom informant had identified one Awani Jha and Fucho Singh, stopped there. Vijay Mochi who was standing since before at that very place lifted Kanhaiya, sat over one of the motorcycles and they all vanished. By such action, they had kidnapped Kanhaiya. During course of investigation, it has come that Rs. 30 Lacs were demanded as a ransom. It is also evident that police succeeded in making recovery of the victim who was also examined under Section 164 CrPC (para-87) whereunder he had identified Chamar, Pandit and Murgawala to be the culprits.
From
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43799 of 2016 (4) dt.18-01-2017 para-122 of the case diary, it is evident that as the petitioner was in regular contact with Vijay Mochi with regard to which there happens to be call details, he has been dragged in this case as one of the accused.
Accordingly, petitioner, Ramesh Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Manjhaul (Begusarai) in Cheriyabariarpur PS Case No. 84/2016. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
