2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 684 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 398, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act and later Section 302 has also been added.

4. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased and is in custody since 07.04.2021.

5. As per the prosecution case, when the informant reached his shop on the information that firing was made at his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56718 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 shop then he came to know that some criminals who were armed with weapons also entered into the shop and one of the criminals fired at the guard who has subsequently died.

6. This is a case of loot and murder and materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime and the petitioner has six criminal antecedents also.

7. In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and if there is delay in the trial then the petitioner may approach this Court.
