JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-307, 379 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the previous conduct of the petitioner as well as allegation, levelled against him, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 1992 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 676 of 2015/13 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Motihari, East Champaran stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25588 of 2016 (2) dt.17-08-2016 2/2 trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
