The petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1162 of 2016, registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 12.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14258 of 2017 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45336 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
