2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The informant alleged that all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including these petitioners abused and assaulted him and his family members due to land dispute. He further alleged that petitioner no. 2 (Amar Kumar) inflicted gun shot injury to informant's son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in-laws members of brother of informant and on account of petty dispute, simple Maarpit took place between the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57133 of 2025(3) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 parties. Though, it is alleged that petitioner no. 2 inflicted gunshot injury to informant's son, but as per injury report, no firearm injury was found on the body of informant's son, rather a lacerated wound has been shown, which is simple in nature. There is absolutely no overt act against petitioner no. 1, who is lady. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger / concerned Court in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
