The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 313 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that when the daughter of the informant came to look after him, the petitioner assaulted her which caused abortion of her foetus.

It is submitted that petitioner is the son of the informant and due to some dispute the case has been lodged by the father against the petitioner and others. Later on, the case has been compromised between the parties and good relationship has been restored. The petitioner has been in custody since 20.1.2015. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Saran at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10702 of 2015 (4) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Chapra in Derni P. S. Case no. 94 of 2014 with the following conditions :

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
